President
Gretchen S. Wilcox is the President and founder of Q10 | G.S. Wilcox & Co. She aggressively solicits new business from developers, real estate owners and the brokerage community.

Gretchen also identifies and contracts servicing relationships with those life insurance companies which are actively in the market and whose personalities and working relationships makes sense for both the Lender and Q10 | G.S. Wilcox & Co. It is her goal to represent a cross section of lenders who do not normally compete with each other for particular product types and/or sizes.

Gretchen heads Production and oversees the underwriting process where she signs off on all executive summaries and mortgage loan submissions.

Principal
Joseph Smerdon is the Executive Vice President in charge of Operations and Servicing and has been with Q10 | G.S. Wilcox & Co. since founding in 1994.

Joe is responsible for coordinating all closings and has closed in excess of $1.5 billion in loans since he joined the company. He is also responsible for implementing the Servicing Systems.

In addition, he performs all of the accounting and operations functions of the Company. This includes accounts payable and receivable, preparing monthly financial reports for review by executive management, human resource situations and other special projects.

Principal
Al Raymond is in charge of Underwriting for Q10 | G.S. Wilcox & Co. His responsibilities include keeping track of local markets, and coordinating the transaction from application to commitment. He is the liaison between the developer and lender during this phase of the transaction. Al also prepares and oversees all executive summaries and full loan submissions.

He joined the company in April 1997 and brings 11 years of loan underwriting and credit experience. Additional duties include network management and assistance with computer related issues.

David Fryer is an Originator with Q10 | G.S. Wilcox & Co. and has been with the company since July of 1998. He is actively involved in the origination of commercial mortgages through his marketing efforts to commercial property owners, developers and mortgage brokers.
