She is on the Board of Directors for the New Jersey Chamber of Commerce and the Jersey Battered Women Services of New Jersey. Mrs. Wilcox is a Trustee for the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks, and is on the Board of Overseers for Babson College. She was recently appointed by Governor Corzine to serve on the New Jersey Real Estate Advisory Board.

Principal
Joseph Smerdon is the Principal in charge of Operations and Servicing and has been with Q10 | G.S. Wilcox & Co. since its founding in 1994.

Joe is responsible for coordinating all closings and has closed in excess of $2.0 billion in loans since he joined the company. He is also responsible for our Loan Servicing Systems and is the liaison between our borrowers and correspondent lenders in facilitating loan events and reporting.

In addition, he performs all of the accounting and operations functions of the Company. This includes accounts payable and receivable, preparing monthly financial reports for review by executive management, human resource situations and other special projects.

Principal
Al Raymond is in charge of Underwriting and Origination development for Q10 | G.S. Wilcox & Co. His responsibilities include keeping track of local markets, and coordinating the transaction from application to commitment. He is the liaison between the developer and lender during this phase of the transaction. Al also prepares and oversees all executive summaries and full loan submissions.

He joined the company in April 1997 and brings 11 years of loan underwriting and credit experience. Additional duties include network management and assistance with computer related issues.

Principal
David Fryer is an Originator with Q10 | G.S. Wilcox & Co. and has been with the company since July of 1998 and became a principal in 2007. He is actively involved in the origination of commercial mortgages through his relationships and marketing efforts to commercial property owners, developers and mortgage brokers. Mr. Fryer is a member of several professional associations including ICSC, the Mortgage Bankers Association and the New Jersey Chapter of NAIOP where he co-chairs the Emerging Leaders committee. David also serves on the steering committee for the local United Way of Morris County's Commercial Real Estate Network.

Originator
Deborah Nexon is an Originator with Q10 | G.S. Wilcox & Co. and has been with the company since May of 2004. She is actively involved in the origination of commercial mortgages through her marketing efforts to commercial property owners, developers and commercial brokers. Deborah is actively involved in numerous industry associations and is a member of the Next Generation Committee for the ICSC.

Closer / Underwriter
Valerie Weinstein joined Q10| G.S Wilcox & Co. in October of 2006. Mrs. Weinstein is a Closing and Underwriting Associate and is a member of the servicing department. Valerie is responsible for underwriting and preparing the executive summaries and request for proposals used to secure financing quotes from lenders. Valerie is also responsible for handling the closing process for loans from the commitment stage to closing.

Prior to joining GS Wilcox and Company, Valerie was with some smaller brokerage and title companies as well as New York Life Insurance Company where her responsibilities included commercial loan administration/servicing, asset management and work outs. Valerie has earned a Master in Science in Real Estate Finance form New York University as well as a B.S in Business Administration from SUNY Albany.

Executive Assistant/Marketing
Elissa serves as Executive Assistant to the President of Q10|G.S. Wilcox & Co. since April of 2009. She is responsible for the overall management of the office of the President which includes coordinating and tracking of her daily schedule. She is also the administrative support for the office, as well as, responsible for the marketing area of the firm. Previously, Ms. Cudnyj has worked as an executive assistant in a CPA firm. She brings over 10 years of experience.
