Valerie has been with the firm since 2006, and has over 25 years experience in Commercial Mortgage Finance.  In the capacity of Servicing Associate, Valerie is responsible for all aspects of servicing the firm’s $1.1B portfolio, including but not limited to, review of loan documentation, lease analysis, property inspections and escrow analysis.  In addition assists with closing commercial loans ranging from $1M-$5M. 

Prior to joining G.S. Wilcox & Co; Valerie worked for Moore Title Service where she reviewed, analyzed and processed over 1,000 title commitments and policies.  Prior to that, Valerie worked at Commercial Mortgage Capital and New York Life Insurance Company where she managed a $1.35B portfolio of mortgage loans.

Valerie holds a Masters in Real Estate Finance from NYU.  She resides in Bergen County with her husband and 3 children.
