In addition to Mrs. Wilcox's duties with G.S. Wilcox & Co., she is also involved with many professional and philanthropic associations. She currently serves as a Trustee for the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks and co-chairs their annual gala. She also serves on the Board of Directors for the New Jersey Chamber of Commerce (2002-Present) and the board of SAM, strategic mortgage alliance.

Mrs. Wilcox was named "Top 50 Women in Business" by NJ Biz in 2005. In 2008, she was appointed by the New Jersey Governor to serve on his real estate counsel, received the Financial Tribute award from Boy Scouts of America, and was named "Woman of Influence" by Forum magazine. In 2009, she received the "Community Impact Award" from Crossing Boarders and in 2010 she was named to the Parents Board of Bucknell University, where her two children attend college. In 2011, Mrs. Wilcox received the Pillar Award from NAIOP and was named by NJ Biz as one of the 50 most powerful people in New Jersey Banking.
