Louis has been with the firm since 2012, and has worked in the commercial real estate industry since 2008.  As a Financial Analyst, Louis is responsible for preparing financial statements and lease analysis. 

Prior to joining G.S. Wilcox & Co. Louis worked as an Underwriter for Silverstone Property Group in New York City where he managed a $150M fund toward acquiring real estate.  Prior to that, Louis served as an intern at Massey & Knakal in New York City. 

Louis earned a Bachelors Degree in Economics and Minor in Real Estate from Montclair State University.  Louis resides in Morris County with his family and is an avid baseball player.
