Kevin has been with the firm since 2011, and has been in the commercial real estate industry since 2008.  Serving as the Marketing & Research Analyst, Kevin is responsible for researching loans, networking with key real estate brokers, developing relationships with property owners, and managing all marketing campaigns as a means to developing new business. 

Prior to Joining G.S. Wilcox & Co; Kevin served as a Leasing Agent for the Garibaldi Group, located in Chatham, NJ.  There he was responsible for developing new business, marketing buildings for lease, tenant representation, transaction management, and deal comparable database development/management.

Kevin earned a Bachelors Degree in Marketing from the University of Dayton, in Ohio.  He resides in Morris County and enjoys shark fishing, wakeboarding & skiing in his spare time.
