Joe has been with the firm since its founding in 1994.  As Principal in charge of operations, he is responsible for closing transactions, servicing, and internal management. 

On the operations front, Joe oversees the accounting and human resources functions.  Joe is also responsible for the firm’s $1.1B servicing portfolio.  He coordinates all loan closings, and is the liaison between our correspondent lenders and our borrowers after the loan closes. He also works on special projects. 

Joe carries degrees in Management & Accounting.  He resides in Somerset County with his wife and two children.
