David has been with the firm since 1998, and is one of the company’s salesmen.  As principal of the firm, David is responsible for executing loan requests on behalf of many leading private owners, REITs and pension fund advisors throughout the country. 

Prior to joining G.S. Wilcox & Co, David was founding member of his own corporate brokerage group in San Francisco, CA, which placed debt and equity capital on behalf of corporations.  Prior to running his own firm, David held senior management positions with regional and global bond brokerage firms, including Bear Stearns. 

David is a graduate of Samford University in Birmingham, AL with a Bachelors Degree in Management & Finance.  He is a licensed Real Estate Sales Person in the State of New Jersey, a member of NAIOP and ICSC, and served on the Real Estate Committee for the United Way of Morris County. 

David Resides in Morris County with his wife and in his spare time enjoys fly fishing, woodworking & golf.
