Al has been with the firm since 1997, and has worked in commercial banking since 1989.  As principal of the firm, Al is in charge of underwriting and origination development.  Acting as a liaison between the borrower and lender, Al prepares and oversees all executive summaries and loan submissions, from application to the commitment.  Other Responsibilities within the firm include tracking local commercial real estate markets and IT management.

Al is a licensed Salesperson in the state of New Jersey and is a graduate of Saint Peter’s College, with a Bachelors of Science degree in Economics.  He resides in Morris County with his wife and two children and enjoys coaching youth sports in his spare time.
